2. All returns of the Tinnitus Masker CD package will be accepted within 365 days of purchase with a full refund as long as the CDs are returned to us in an acceptable condition. The CDs must be returned to our UK office in the condition in which they were first received.  Refunds will be accepted for MP3 Packages.

3. All items are posted from the United States, delivering worldwide. Delivery to addresses within the USA is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for the Tinnitus Masker Package and UPS Ground for the Sound Sleep Pillow. The Sound Sleep Pillow is delivered to US addresses only. Delivery of the Tinnitus Masker CD package to addresses outside the USA is via Air Mail. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery by AirMail. 

4. Every customer who purchases the Tinnitus masker CD or MP3 package within a specific sale promotion will receive three bonus white, pinkand brown noise enrichment products as a MP3 download. The offer does not applyto the purchase of the Sound Sleep Pillow. The Sound Sleep Pillow is only available to customers within the USA.

5. Tinnitusmasker.com or is not liable for any accident or harm caused while using one of our maskers. It is expected that the user will listen to our audio products at a safe playback volume. It is advised that you seek medical advice before using anyof our products.  The products sold on this website have been designed for the relief of the symptoms of tinnitus, and not as an alternative to treatment.
